Brian Keith Bosworth was born March 9, 1965 and attended Irving MacArthur High School in Dallas, Texas. The Boz, as he was known, was a standout football player at the University of Oklahoma. He was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in 1987 and signed the biggest rookie contract in NFL history: 10 years for $11 million. In July 2004, Bosworth was named the 6th worst flop in the last 25 years by ESPN. More recently, Los Angeles police arrested The Boz on March 6, 2009, for a DUI. On April 10, 2009, he saved a man's life by administering CPR in a parking lot until medical help arrived. Like a linebacker eyeing the quarterback, Brian spotted the man while returning home after speaking to Oklahoma high school students about the dangers of drunk driving as part of his community service requirement.
